Rush to the outcome, but don't ignore the process
When they say 'ship fast', it is not an excuse to skip the steps of a process. It is an excuse to go through the steps faster. See how you can discover the problem quickly: three customer calls a day, within three days you have close to 10 customer conversations to validate the problem. Build a design prototype within a couple of days with Claude or any tool of your choice to validate your solution thinking with customers. Iterate if needed. Get to building the validated solution to the validated problem. Break down the scope to milestones and ship, measure, learn, iterate, ship.
Don't skip the steps. Go through the steps fast.
