A simple way to find out if you are curious - when you see something (e.g., a card magic trick or a borewell) do you ask yourself how that works, or do you accept it the way it is?

Curiosity and critical thinking are more important with AI now. If you don't know why the AI produced a particular answer or code, it is going to be a problem for you. Here are some top-of-mind reasons to find out - firstly, you need to be able to trust the answer (by asking the AI to cite the sources and asking it some critical questions to challenge its biases) and, secondly, to be able to explain every line of the answer to someone else (maybe a colleague, manager, or a friend).
