Things are usually not binary, they fall in a spectrum. As a PM, you have control over the slider:
- do I move towards Risk or Adoption, how far, which direction?
- Speed of shipping vs quality, how far, which direction?
- cost vs latency, how far, which direction?

And so on... Pick where you place your slider carefully.
