MVP

MVP is most viable product. Viable for the customer, not for the R&D team. People get confused with these. Sometimes we want to ship iteratively because that is the way engineering and PM can break that feature into smaller parts—it is viable for them to ship those parts. But a customer doesn't care about that. Customers care about what use cases or problems you have solved for them.

Customers are impatient. They know of the 100 features that were supposed to get better in the next version but never shipped. Each thing you ship should provide value in itself to customers. Don't expect the customer to collect the dots and someday hope that it will all connect. Provide a connected product/feature.
