Good things take time
Good things, interesting things, things worth doing well takes time. To get better at craft takes time. There is no way to short-circuit it. Once you internalize that, I think, you enjoy it. Because now you are not adding an artificial pressure of having to achieve something quicker. That is when the mind opens up and enjoys the work itself, the work of learning or learning by doing.
One day I wanted to learn juggling; I was curious how that works. When I started to learn, I gave myself a month. I had made up my mind to spend 15 mins every day to learn juggling. I ended up learning in less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised and I enjoyed the process. If I had started to learn juggling with a mindset of "I have to get it right the first time," I would have become impatient and might have given up learning.
The idea is to spend the time to get better at the craft and, most importantly, show up. Everyday. Give it time.
