"You can't please everyone all the time" - This is true in life as well as business. You have to figure out which segment of the market you want to focus on and then build for them.

Politicians do this all the time, they know which group they want their votes from and policies are favourable to that group.

Similarly, in life, first figure out who you want to please (your target audience) and stop worrying about everyone else. The ones you are trying to please could be a good friend, parents, God, toxic friends, some relative etc. Even the ones you have in your sights to please, they might change and they might fall out of your circle.
